The full owner of Giftastic, Vanessa is originally from Ireland.

Since the opening of Favourite Things, 19 years ago, her business has continued to grow & therefore Giftastic is born.

Most days Vanessa can be found on Facebook lives, selling and giving people great value for money, with many a bargain to be had.

My good friend, who helps out on a voluntary bases.

Bringing the knowledge & her retail experience in delivering excellent customer service, & building strong customer relations.

Julie gives 100% in any task or challenge as it presents itself. Adding that professional touch to deliver an amazing customer service.

Also, we have this furry little fella, who is a very important member of the team and has been trained up as a Tech -Wizard, and given the fulltime job of overseeing all things related to the Giftastic website (in exchange for cheese).

“He’s a mysterious level 30+ Mouse that was found chewing on the computer cables one day. So if anything goes wrong on the site, it’s probably because Mr Mouse chewed the wrong wire.”

Don’t worry, though, we guarantee it will be fixed with confidence, by Mr Mouse himself.
